PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION/DETAILS/POLICY AND RETURN/REPLACEMENT INFORMATION/DETAILS/POLICY
Littleitem.com chooses quality products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. The wholesalers, from which we get our items, check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included. They have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed on the factory line. Cell phones, Cameras, MP3/MP4/MP5 digital products, video games and laser pens are covered by a 6 MONTH WARRANTY for repair only as of delivery date. Return or Replacement should be within 30 days as of delivery date and must follow the correct return/replacement procedure.
VERY IMPORTANT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT INFORMATION
PLEASE FOLLOW THE CORRECT PROCEDURE OUTLINED BELOW:
If a defect is detected with an ordered item or return is desired, please contact littleitem.com via the email info@littleitem.com and notify us. In the email notification, YOU MUST provide digital pictures of the damaged or defected products if this is the reason of a replacement request. Once the email is received, we will get in touch with the specific wholesaler from which the product came from and that specific wholesaler will provide us with a specific return address as well as a specific code (RMA No.) that we will pass onto you in order to settle any warranty, defect, or return concerns. Since shipping of the item is free and included in the price when sent to the customer, littleitem.com reserves the right to leave all shipping expenses for return or defective products onto the customer in order for the customer to receive a refund or replacement. Please look at the picture Examples below for shipping details of how each side of the example package being returned should look like. The examples are as follows: Package shipping side 1 – Shows an Example (NOT REAL) address and a Customs Declaration Indicating to write approx. $5 to avoid the package being delayed unnecessarily at customs; AND Package shipping side 2 – Shows an Example (NOT REAL) specific code (RMA No.).
Once the wholesaler receives the item (which can take 20-30 days for shipping depending on their specific location) and once they review and assess the product, the wholesaler will contact littleitem.com within 3-5 business days about resending the item to the customer/you, or refunding the cost of the item to littleitem.com which will then be forwarded back to the customer/you.

Products that are not eligible for return or replacement and that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by the wholesaler:
- Any product not purchased from littleitem.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the posted code (RMA No.) has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Note: Add a tracking number for return shipments. Littleitem.com and the wholesaler will NOT take any responsibility for any missing return shipments/items. If a return shipment/item does not get to the wholesaler, LITTLEITEM.COM will ask you/the customer for the tracking number details of the shipment/item to pass onto the wholesaler before any investigation of the lost package takes place. If no tracking number is proved or available, then we can no longer assist you as the above instructions were not followed properly.
